We accept returns for LED mirrors purchased from https://lumirror.com under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Return Authorization

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address.
  • Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

c. Packaging and Shipping

  • Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

3. Return Conditions

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the product price may apply for returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.
